Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Issues that qualify for a refund include: expired or poor quality food, damaged packaging, incorrect items, and recalled products. 
A refund request must be made within 24 hours of delivery. Contact us at Please attach pictures of relevant damage, quality issues, and expiration dates. If your request is accepted, a credit will be applied to your home delivery account in 7-10 business days.
